Our approach to sustainability

Our approach to sustainability and transparent reporting has been industry-leading for nearly two decades. We strive to continually do better and always leave communities better than we found them. In 2015, we committed to reducing our carbon emissions by 30% by 2025 and have surpassed this benchmark by reducing carbon emissions intensity by 35%. Building one of the first zero carbon skyscrapers in Canada. Substantially reducing diversions from landfill and incineration. Throughout, smart technology shapes how we envision the future of real estate.
