TD Canada Trust Tower ("TDCTT") is a AAA class, 1.2 million square foot office tower located in the financial core of downtown Toronto.

TDCTT was acquired in a series of transactions involving Oxford and multiple parties between 1988 and 2008. Oxford's final stage of acquiring TDCTT is in line with the company's strategy to directly manage its assets and invested equity.

On closing, a seamless transfer of management and leasing responsibilities to Oxford took place both in the view of tenants and the brokerage community. The property is now fully occupied and has solidified Oxford's dominance as an owner and operator in Toronto's central business district, and since acquisition the property has set a new high watermark for lease rates in the city of Toronto.
