Oxford is currently developing a landmark 11-storey, 525,000 square foot office project situated on the River Thames in the City of London. This project is being completed in partnership with the UBS South East Recover Fund, and will feature a number of leading-edge environmental initiatives, targeting the coveted BREEM Excellence rating (equivalent to the North American LEED Gold standard). Environmental features include naturally ventilated clear glass skin on southern façade with timber shading and solar activated louvers; green roofs; photovoltaic cells; energy efficient curtain-wall; motion sensor detection on all lighting; and high efficiency mechanical equipment.

Budgeted at approximately $500 million, construction of Watermark Place commenced in September 2007 with completion planned for July 2009.
