In July 2007, Oxford acquired a 250-year ground lease from UBS South East Recovery Fund to develop Watermark Place, a landmark 11-storey, 530,000 square foot office building situated on the River Thames in London, England.
Watermark Place leverages Oxford's long experience as an owner, developer and manager of A-class office properties in leading business and financial centres. The property was fully leased at substantial completion in one of the City's largest-ever lease transactions.
