In July 2005 Oxford announced the development of the third and final tower of Ottawa’s Constitution Square. Less than two years later the 19-storey tower was completed on time and on budget.

Working together, Oxford’s global asset management and development groups analyzed the market opportunity and made a compelling argument for proceeding with the 350,000 square foot development. Oxford and its investment partner were both convinced. All aspects of the project were a success, from the underwriting and financing to construction and leasing.
