Michael Kitt is responsible for all activities within the 40 million square foot Canadian portfolio, including real estate management, development and investments.

Mr. Kitt was most recently Executive Vice President, Development at a major Canadian real estate company, where he was responsible for planning and executing over $2 billion of development strategies, as well as working with the acquisition group to identify new development opportunities. Prior to this role Mr. Kitt was Senior Vice President, Investments, with the same firm. In addition, Mr. Kitt is a Board Trustee with InnVest REIT.

Mr. Kitt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
