Colin Loudon provides strategic financial input to Oxford’s business operations through leadership of the capital management functions of portfolio management, corporate development and research. He also directs all of the firm’s corporate accounting practices, financial reporting and information technology solutions through teams specializing in taxation, corporate reporting, compliance, finance and treasury, and a full-service internal information technology group.

Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Loudon was a partner and the National Real Estate Industry Leader at KPMG, where he was responsible for acquisition and divestiture advisory, valuation, financing, due diligence and transaction management for the firm.

Mr. Loudon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from Queen’s University as well as Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations.
