Ann Clavelle leads the company's human capital management team and is responsible for designing and directing Oxford's HCM initiatives, with a focus on attracting and developing talent across the organization. As a partner to Oxford's corporate group and various business lines, the HCM team works closely with management to deliver a full range of human capital services and solutions.

Prior to joining Oxford, Ms. Clavelle held progressively senior human resource positions with Deloitte & Touche in both Canada and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and holds her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
