Bob Aziz contributes to the development of the company’s overall strategy and provides Oxford with counsel on acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structures and regulatory compliance, both domestically and internationally. He also leads the organization’s legal risk and governance groups.

Called to the bar in 1985, Mr. Aziz was most recently President of Great Gulf Homes, and prior to that was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at TD Bank Financial Group and a Partner at Torys LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.
