The Leadenhall Building – London, UK

A physical celebration of cutting edge design and engineering, The Leadenhall Building is a 47-floor, 600,000 SF commercial development located at the heart of the City of London. Developed in a joint venture with British Land, The Leadenhall Building is a striking example of contextual architecture, a building that meets London’s growing commercial demand for floorspace while delivering a positive contribution to an increasingly dynamic, exciting skyline.

Leadenhall reflects Oxford’s strategy of investing in and developing Grade A assets in premier cities. We forge strong relationships that bring blueprints to life. Owing to a tight-knit partnership between Oxford, British Land and our key stakeholders, Leadenhall was completed in 2014 on time and within budget. Pre-letting was strong prior to completion, setting record rents in the City of London in the process.

Oxford is committed to delivering consistent capital returns on behalf our partners and pensioners with an unrivalled focus on customer service, paired with a keen eye for investment and partnerships with market leaders. Standing out in such a dynamic and storied city requires vision, commitment and leadership. Together, Oxford and British Land are redefining the image London projects to the world, and together, we are redefining how the world imagines us.
