Evolve for Tomorrow.
It can take four or five years from when we first start planning, leasing and marketing an office development until our customers walk into their new office space. In those years, a lot can change in technology, sustainability, and the way in which we work. When developing 100 Adelaide W in Toronto, our goal was to ensure it was built to meet the needs of our customers of today and into the future. The result is what will be one of Toronto’s most enduring office towers.
100 Adelaide W, now named EY Tower, was designed using the latest technology, is being built LEED Platinum using the highest principles of sustainability standards, and features a floor plate that encourages collaborative, engaging workspaces for employees.
